GOAL With a new ticketing system, we had the opportunity to update the ticketing websites to a modern, functional, and mobile friendly site to cater to the customer base, which was mostly made up of a younger demographic.

The Improv Comedy Clubs and Levity Live Comedy Clubs brought on a new ticketing platform giving the company an opportunity to conduct a total redesign of the websites. The website needed adjustments in the style and the navigation. The website needed to reflect the newly designed brand style guide and also reflect the younger demographic’s expectation of a website that looked young, easy to navigate, and capable of viewing on a mobile phone.

By looking at the Google Analytics of the websites, there was content on the website that wasn’t being interacted with or hardly clicked on. Therefore, the content that deemed unnecessary and didn’t support the goals of customers using the website. The updated informational architect of the website is shown below:
